Appointments

Individuals with emergency or life-threatening injuries should dial 911. You may request the treating emergency room physician contact Bryan, Greg, or Lori for you or your family’s emergent care.

We provide urgent care appointments on a same day basis in our Steamboat office. Urgent appointments such as patients with complications or post-operative concerns should call the Steamboat office immediately at (970) 879-4612 or toll-free at (877) 404-4612 to schedule.

Routine office appointments are available in Steamboat Springs, Kremmling, Granby and Craig. You may call our Steamboat Springs office at (970) 879-4612 or toll-free at (877) 404-4612 to schedule an appointment for any location.

Telephone Calls

Our staff will try to answer any questions regarding your care during office hours. If you need to speak to Bryan, Greg, or Lori, they will return your call the same afternoon or evening whenever feasible. Please provide both a work and home number for call backs.

Medication Refills

Please allow 24 hours notice and make requests during scheduled office hours between 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Routine refills will not be filled after hours or on weekends.
